Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our online classes, courses, and coaching programs, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or issues, please email [email protected].

In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of your online class purchase, TypeEd will refund the full price minus a $25 cancellation fee upon request. Simply contact us and let us know you’d like a refund of your self-led online class. No refunds are provided after more than 5 days following purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days, access to Alumni resources will be cancelled. We have a strict NO REFUND policy for purchases of coaching sessions or coaching programs.
